Below are links to key documents that you may need to complete and upload in order for Mortgage Time to help process and get your lending application to a bank to be assessed and ultimately approved.

A document that is required by all accredited lenders that I am approved with. It allows me to represent your application at a lender. Without his, the lender will not assess the application I have presented to them on your behalf.

A few things about who we are and the services we offer.
A document that can be used if are going to have a boarder (or 2) board with you and pay board. This helps with lending capacity; however a requirement is that you need to have a room for each boarder.
A template used to prove that your deposit is made up of a non-refundable gift, non-interest bearing, and not payable on demand
A template used to prove that part of your deposit is from a family or close friend allowing you to have part of your deposit (from them) as a deed of debt. This also needs to be non-interest bearing and it cant be demanded back at any time, until the house is sold, and the lender is repaid.
